Payment

To reserve your property at Apollo Sol, Tala, 2% reservation deposit is payable initially. This is followed at exchange of contracts by a 20% deposit. The balance is then payable on completion in March 2008.

The balance can be paid via a mortgage which can be secured immediately after your exchanged contracts have been lodged at the Lands Registry.

Capital repayments are deferred until completion and the interest on the loan is paid by the developer. The bank then supervises the build before releasing a proportion of the loan at different stages of the build. This means you are assured of gaining a loan from the outset and also gives you peace of mind that the project is supervised by and is progressing to the satisfaction of an external arbiter.

Loans are currently available with a repayment term of up to 30 years (or up to a buyer’s 70th birthday), a Loan-to-Value of up to 80% and at interest rates of between 1.75% and 2.5% above base rate, for purchases as a company or as an individual. The loan can be taken in Cypriot pounds or Euros, meaning mortgage rates can be achieved as low as 4.1%.
