House types A & B both offer 3 bedrooms with the living area split over 2 levels, whilst house type B1, also providing 2 bedrooms, has a more familiar ‘town house’ style over three floors. House type A1 has a more familiar apartment layout with 2 bedrooms spread across a single floor.
