Pernera Villas are located close to Pernera, a resort between Protaras and Paralimni, on the South East coast of Cyprus within the Famagusta area. Pernera is less than one hours drive from Larnaca International Airport and Ayia Napa is only a fifteen minute drive away for those looking a little more nightlife. The traditional town of Paralimni with its wealth of shops, taverns and restaurants is five minutes drive and because Pernera is also on a local bus route both are easily accessible for the non drivers.

The development is a five minute walk from the centre of the Pernera resort which is very popular holiday spot, not as busy as the bustling Ayia Napa but a little quainter than it neighbouring family resort of Protaras which is only a twenty walk away either along the beach or by the road-side restaurants and bars. Pernera has numerous, shops, bars and very good restaurants, and for the beach lovers you will find many little bays here and a beautiful small marina just a stones throw from Pernera Villas.

Pernera Villas are set in a peaceful location just a half mile from the coast and 5 minutes walk from local amenities. Beaches close to this resort are reputed to be some of the finest on the island.

Pernera Villas is a development of some 100 villas and apartments, each with either 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. Most villas have private pools and the houses’ exterior design features are inspired by traditional Cypriot architecture.

Fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality and all properties are delivered with air conditioning / heating units, white goods (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, extractor hood, dish washer, washing machine), Italian kitchens and fitted wardrobes as well as private pools where appropriate, as standard.
